All our products are custom-made and personalized to order in Barcelona, Spain. Each item is produced individually once your order is placed.
1. Processing Time
Since every item is custom-made:
Processing time for all orders:

(Excludes weekends and public holidays)
This includes design work, production, quality checks, and packaging.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We deliver worldwide.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU)
➡️ Free Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
➡️ Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (available at checkout)
🌍 Rest of the World
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Estimated delivery times vary by location.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, postal delays, or holidays.
Important:
Automatic checkout is currently available only for European Union (EU) countries.
Customers outside the EU must contact us before placing an order to receive a custom shipping quote and complete their purchase.
3. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Some countries may provide limited tracking once the package enters their local postal network.

We do not currently offer automatic checkout for orders outside the European Union.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect information, shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Delays, Lost, or Delivered Packages
Delays
Customs processing, holidays, and local postal service issues may delay delivery.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost when tracking shows no movement for:

20–30 days (EU)

25–40 days (Rest of the world)
➡️ Once confirmed lost, we will replace your order at no cost.
Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Please check with neighbors or your local postal office
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Wrong Address / Returned Parcels
If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Unclaimed package
-
Refusal to pay customs/import fees
➡️ The customer must pay shipping again for reshipment
➡️ Because all items are custom-made and personalized, they are not eligible for refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
